- Du bekommst Einblicke in das Recruiting und begleitest unsere Bewerber:innen durch den Bewerbungsprozess
- Du unterstützt bei der Ausarbeitung und Veröffentlichung von Stellenausschreibungen
- Im Rahmen unseres Bewerbermanagements unterstützt du beim Screening und der Bearbeitung von Bewerbungen
- Du übernimmst die telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz mit Kandidat:innen und informierst diese über den künftigen Arbeitsbereich sowie den laufenden Bewerbungsprozess
- Darüber hinaus erhältst Du Einblicke und erste eigene Projekte im Bereich Personaladministration und Personalentwicklung
WAS DU MITBRINGST
- Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in in einem fachlich passendem Studiengang und noch mindestens 2 bis 3 Semester immatrikuliert
- Du hast Interesse an HR-Themen und bereits erste praktische Erfahrung im Recruiting
- Dich zeichnet eine sehr hohe Kommunikationsstärke in sowohl deutscher als auch englischer Sprache aus
- Es macht Dir Spaß, im Team zu arbeiten und du bringst Organisationstalent und Eigeninitiative mit
- Ein sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office ist für Dich selbstverständlich
