Deine zukünftige Rolle.

• Du leitest unser Debitoren-Team fachlich und disziplinarisch und bist für die Weiterentwicklung und Motivation deiner Mitarbeitenden verantwortlich.
• Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Abteilungen bei Fragen zum Finanzbereich und fungierst als interne* Berater*in.
• Du verantwortest die ,laufende Buchhaltung und das Forderungsmanagement.
• Du treibst die kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Abläufe innerhalb der Abteilung voran und sorgst für Effizienz in den Prozessen.
• Du überwachst die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften.
• Du arbeitest eng mit Wirtschaftsprüferinnen, Steuerberaterinnen und Banken zusammen und vertrittst unser Unternehmen bei Prüfungen.

Das bringt dich in die Poleposition.

• Du hast bereits m ehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzabteilung, insbesondere in der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen nach nationalen (UGB, OR) und internationalen (IFRS) Rechnungslegungsvorschriften.
• Du konntest bereits Erfahrung in der Leitung und Entwicklung eines Teams sammeln.
• Du besitzt Fundierte Kenntnisse im Steuerwesen für Österreich und die Schweiz.
• Du hast die Fähigkeit , komplexe Zusammenhänge zu analysieren und verständlich zu vermitteln.
• Du besitzt s ehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hast Freude an der Arbeit als Schnittstelle im Unternehmen.
• Du verfügst über s ehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
