Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional leadership for the Production Planning department

• 
  Serve as the primary contact for all production-planning-related interface topics within QPKG Göttingen and, when required, for customers

• 
  Review, optimize, and define parameters for demand planning and the disposition of components and finished goods

• 
  Ensure production availability to support assembly operations and meet end-customer delivery requirements (parts management)

• 
  Manage shortage parts and monitor deadlines proactively

• 
  Continuously plan and review safety stock levels in close coordination with relevant departments

• 
  Plan and coordinate production orders; align available capacities with the production areas

• 
  Review and maintain master data in collaboration with AV, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, and other relevant departments

• 
  Document production planning processes and initiate SAP and process improvement projects

Your Profile

• 
  Ideally, a successfully completed degree in business administration or engineering

• 
  Several years of professional experience in production planning and disposition

• 
  Experience in project logistics is an advantage

• 
  Strong knowledge of logistical processes within QPKG Göttingen and strong analytical skills

• 
  Excellent SAP skills (modules PP, MM)

• 
  Proficient in MS Office

• 
  Very good command of English, both written and spoken

• 
  High level of flexibility, resilience, and assertiveness

• 
  Structured and solution-oriented working style

• 
  Strong social competence as well as excellent teamwork and communication skills
