Your Responsibilities

• 
  Manufacturing various optical components using all relevant production techniques

• 
  Operating and setting up different grinding and polishing machines

• 
  Preparing and blocking (mounting) workpieces for processing

• 
  Independent quality assessment and self-inspection

• 
  Performing all required measurements and tests during the production process according to specifications

• 
  Documenting and recording measurement results

• 
  Cleaning and maintaining machines in accordance with maintenance schedules

• 
  Ensuring quality standards and meeting delivery deadlines

• 
  Cleaning and maintaining tools and auxiliary equipment

• 
  Organizational responsibility and active involvement in the training of apprentices in the field of precision optics

• 
  Processing and implementing special optical projects, including technical coordination and customized manufacturing solutions

Your Profile

• 
  Completed vocational training as a Precision Optician, Precision Mechanic, or comparable qualification

• 
  Strong organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility, particularly in coordinating apprenticeship training

• 
  Basic IT skills (MS Office and SAP)

• 
  Solid technical expertise in precision optics

• 
  Strong technical understanding and spatial imagination

• 
  Team-oriented mindset
