About Your Future Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to ensure best-practice credit risk methodologies are consistently implemented across all entities within our group. Hierarchically, the position will be reporting to the Group Head of Credit Risk, CoE with high-level visibility. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the local Credit Risk Heads and enjoy strong visibility at Group level. This position occasionally requires travel to our local entity locations across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Group Head of Credit Risk, CoE in implementing credit risk structure across the CSEE region.
  • Collaborate with local Credit Risk teams and provide guidance across a variety of strategic and operational projects.
  • Analyze the overall credit risk profile of all entities, monitor performance, and identify emerging trends or areas requiring action.
  • Drive continuous improvement by supporting both Group and local Credit Risk Heads in enhancing credit risk processes, methodologies and controls.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders in Finance, Legal, Compliance, Group Risk, Operations, and Business Development to integrate credit risk perspectives into key initiatives and business decisions.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 3 - 6 years of experience in Credit Risk
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and delivering high-impact risk strategies
  • Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in risk modeling tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Phyton)
  • Outstanding communication capabilities, with a proven ability to excel in a visible, fast-paced, and high-stakes role.
  • Business-fluent in English, both written and spoken


Bonus Skills:

Additional foreign language skills - for example Italian, German or Danish - are an advantage
