Maintenance Scheduler

Teil II Primäres Ziel der Stelle / Part II Primary Job Objective

The Maintenance Scheduler will play a pivotal role in ensuring that maintenance and calibration are carried out timely, in accordance with the calibration and maintenance procedures and that the schedules are adhered to. Responsible for briefing the personnel responsible on upcoming calibration and maintenance appointments. Responsible for contacting calibration and maintenance service providers and arranging orders and services. Briefing external companies and creating permit slips in cooperation with the plant engineers. Disconnecting and reconnecting safety devices (LOTO, fire alarm system). Performing minor maintenance and repairs. Participation in maintenance duty on call during production phases.

Teil IV Berufliche Verantwortung / Part IV Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that maintenance and calibration are carried out on time in accordance with the calibration and maintenance procedures and that schedules are adhered to.
  
  • Coordination and planning of calibration and maintenance.
  • Ensuring compliance with calibration inspection deadlines.
  • Ensuring and initiating the recalibration of measuring instruments.
  • Initiating preparations for calibrations.
  • Documentation of maintenance plans and reports in the Maximo system.
• Responsible for ensuring that the appropriate personnel are informed about upcoming calibration and maintenance appointments.
  
  • Informing the responsible personnel about upcoming calibration and maintenance appointments.
• Responsible for contacting calibration and maintenance service providers and arranging orders and services.
  
  • Contacting calibration and maintenance service providers to carry out calibration and maintenance.
  • Obtaining quotes and placing orders with calibration and maintenance service providers.
  • Ensuring proper documentation of calibration and maintenance schedules.

Teil III Mindestanforderungen an die Stelle / Part III Minimum Requirements

Bildungshintergrund und Erfahrung / Education Background and Experience

Qualifications /Knowledge/Experience:

• Training as a mechanic or electrician.
• Master technician/technician qualification and at least 5 years of experience, or several years of experience (10+) in operational support in the areas of maintenance, inspection & repair.
• Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Experience with handling GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations.

Besondere Kenntnisse / Special Knowledge:

• Maximo handling and scheduling.
• Procurement in K System.
