Product Al and Enterprise Al are important areas of activity for Group Innovation. The advertised management position will focus on these areas of activity and lead them into the future with a strong focus on implementation . Work together with leading experts in a dynamic, international environment with innovation centers in Germany, the USA, China, Israel and lndia. As our Head of AI, you will lead a group of AI developers driving AI innovation across domains. You will play a key role in translating cutting-edge research into scalable solutions, bridging the gap between innovation and implementation.

Possible taks within this role

• Managing and inspiring a group of AI developers working across international hubs as well as fostering collaboration with top experts and diverse stakeholders, aligning teams around strategic objectives
• Developing with the team intelligence features and ensuring integration of AI into real-world automotive and mobility products
• Bridging research and implementation by identifying promising AI technologies and ensuring their scalable deployment as well as engagting with internal and external partners to drive AI transformation
• Developing intelligent features in areas such as Autonomous Driving, Smart Cabin Experiences and other next-generation mobility solutions
• Leveraging AI to enhance efficiency, logistics and production processes, unlocking new levels of operational excellence

Qualification requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Computer Science with a strong academic background in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or a related field
• Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, including machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI
• A strong track record of leading AI teams and projects, ideally across both product development and enterprise transformation as well as leadership experience in research, pre-development and development projects in the field of AI & Machine Learning
• Experience in applying AI to real-world automotive or mobility products as well as enterprise systems (e.g., supply chain optimization, predictive maintenance, intelligent automation)
• Experience working in international setups, collaborating across geographies and cultures
• Strategic thinking, excellent communication skills in English C1 and German B2 and the ability to inspire and align diverse stakeholders
